The Toe Tap & Outside Touch Combo Move is the first drill in the second folder of our 1,000 Touch Ball Mastery Series, and it’s a critical step in the gradual progression of your ball skills.

 

This drill is designed to improve a player’s ball control, touch, and coordination, and it plays a vital role in elevating overall ball-handling abilities.

 

Before moving on to this move, players should have spent over 2 hours practicing the Toe Tap and Tick Tock moves.

 

These earlier drills build the foundation needed for the Toe Tap & Outside Touch Combo Move, making the transition smoother and more effective.

 

Once you’re comfortable with those first steps, this drill will further challenge your control and coordination.

 

How to Perform:

1️⃣ Start with the ball positioned between your feet.
2️⃣ Push the ball from side to side, alternating between your toes and outside foot.
3️⃣ Maintain a slight bend in your knees to help control the ball.
4️⃣ As you get more comfortable, challenge yourself by keeping your head up while moving.

 

Pro Tip: Aim for 60 to 75 touches in just 30 seconds to maximize your training!
