Training your child consistently can be tough with busy schedules and so many drills to choose from.

That’s why I’m proud to introduce Custom Training Sessions in Anytime Soccer Training—a game-changer for parents, players, and coaches.

Now, you can easily create a structured, step-by-step training plan in minutes. And if you’re a coach or club director, you can build season-long sessions for your entire team!

Heres how it works:

Step 1: Sign In & Select Your Player

Log in, choose your player’s profile, and access All Programs to pick the skills to focus on.

Step 2: Pick Key Skills to Focus On

Instead of just randomly choosing drills, focus on key skill areas. For my sons, I started them with these areas:

✅ Juggling
✅ Ball Mastery
✅ Dribbling (especially Ronaldinho Freestyle drills—so fun!)
✅ Wall Passing

Step 3: Save The Folders to Your Favorites

Here’s where it gets easy! Instead of hunting for drills every session, pin the folders to your Favorites:

  1. Find Juggling & Ball Mastery → Pin the first folder.
  2. Do the same for the Dribbling & Turns and Rebounder (Wall Passing) sections.

Now, these folders are saved for quick access anytime!

Step 4: Create a Custom Training Plan

Now, let’s put it all together:

  • Head to My Training Sessions and create a new session (I named mine Adam’s Sessions).
  • Instead of guessing what to do each day, simply pin the next video in each folder.
  • Completed videos get a ✅ green check, making it easy to track progress.

Step 5: Find & Use Your Training Plan

You can access your custom session in two ways:

🔹 All ProgramsMy Training Sessions
🔹 Player DashboardMy Training Sessions

Hit play, follow along, and crush the session! If your child finishes a video, just remove it and move on to the next one.

Bonus for Coaches & Clubs

If you’re a coach or club director, you can create team-wide training sessions that last all season.

Build structured plans, assign sessions to players, and ensure your team stays on track—even outside of practice.

The Bottom Line

The biggest challenge with at-home soccer training is consistency and structure.

By setting up a personalized plan in Anytime Soccer Training, your child will always know what to work on next—making training more effective and fun.
