Anytime Soccer Training has over 5,000 training sessions and dozens of skill areas. This is great for player development but does lead to a lot of questions.

In this post, I want to answer the five most common questions we receive.

#1 Is there a download?

We wanted Anytime Soccer Training to be easily accessible to everyone.  That’s why it’s a web application that works perfectly on any device including smartphones, PCs, tablets, and smart TVs.

No downloads or specific equipment are required.

We do, however, recommend using a Bluetooth speaker.  Bluetooth speakers help keep players engaged by making the music and instructions louder.

#2 Where should I start?

We recommend starting with the 1,000 Touch Ball Mastery Series. It goes from beginner to advance and requires little space and no equipment.

The average video is less than five minutes.

#3 How long should I train?

The answer to this question depends on your goals and commitment level.

However, doing less but staying consistent is MUCH better than doing a lot and being inconsistent.

In most cases, we recommend starting with a few ball mastery videos per week which amounts to less than 10 minutes.  After a few weeks, decide if you want to increase the training and try different series.

#4 Where should experienced players start?

Anytime Soccer Training has over 5,000 training videos that follow a step-by-step progression.  Experienced players should follow the videos in order, but simply add different modules to their training.

For example, in addition to the 1,000 Touch Ball Mastery sessions, my sons do the tight space dribbling drills as well.

#5 Can absolute beginners use the program?

Yes!  Anytime Soccer Training was designed to help ALL kids regardless of level acquire these skills at their own pace without becoming overwhelmed or frustrated.

Every video is 100% follow-along and includes a slow-motion demonstration.

Players as young as five are getting better using Anytime Soccer Training.
